Regardless of the season that you're in, and whether your babies are big, small or furry, this time in your life deserves to be captured. Family sessions were born from past wedding couples asking me to document their growing families and now I just can't get enough of watching families grow!
I love creating photos to remind you that in spite of the fact that life is chaotic, the house is messy and you are in a permanent state of exhaustion, your love and your story are beautiful.

I, like a lot of women can have some insecurities about getting their pictures taken, so whenever I’m looking for a photographer I get a little anxious at the angles they will capture and if they get my “good side” Renee has captured my favourite pictures of myself. She has always been very conscious and understanding of my vision and nails it every single time.

Your date is secured when you sign an online portrait agreement and pay a $100 non-refundable retainer fee.
I know you are dying to see your photos so just 3-4 days after your session you will receive a sneak peek and approximately 3 weeks after your session you will receive an email linking you to your personal, password-protected online gallery. From here you can download your whole session or individual shots, share with friends & family as well as order any prints or wall art you might like for your home or as gifts. These orders are sent directly to the lab to you.
I do! You can order these straight through your gallery and they are shipped straight from the lab to you. Easy peasy!
Portrait sessions are generally booked 4-12 weeks in advance. I highly recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to get your desired window, especially for fall photos as dates and times are limited.
If it is wet and soggy, we will reschedule. If it is hot, we will find some shade. If it is overcast but dry, we will go ahead as some of my favourite sessions have taken place on cloudy days and the colours are always so vibrant.
